The Two Rivers Zen Community serves to make authentic Zen Buddhist practice and study truly accessible to the Upper Delaware region and the surrounding area.  We offer introductions to zazen, daily morning zazen sessions, a Sunday morning service, day-long sittings; Zen Studies classes and special events, including retreats and workshops led by Seiso Roshi, our guiding teacher and by visiting teachers; Ongoing one-on-one private instructions for review and refinement are also available on a regular basis.**

Rev. Seiso Paul Cooper, Sensei, Director:  Seiso Sensei has studied and practiced in both the Rinzai & Soto Zen traditions. He received precepts in 2000 an ordained priest and transmitted Zen teacher. Seiso is also a practicing psychoanalyst and an award-winning author and poet including: The Zen Impulse and the Psychoanalytic Encounter (Routledge, 2010)
